Copy Panel 2: The cross means you and I must acknowledge our desperate need for God.. "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Psalm 34:18.

The cross means our sin has separated us from God. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 6:23

Copy Panel 3: The cross means Christ's death has made it possible for us to be reconnected to God.  "For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God"  1 Peter 3:18.

The cross means if we ask forgiveness for our sins and receive Christ into our heats we will be saved.  "Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out." Acts 3:19

Copy Panel 4: Prayer to receive Christ:

Father in Heaven, I know that out of love for me, you sent your Son, Jesus Christ to die on the cross for my sins.  I repent of my sins and ask for your forgiveness. I now receive Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior.  I give my life to you, and I receive your eternal life.  In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your new life in Christ has just begun.  Talk to your pastor.  If you don't have a church, find one.  Read your Bible.  Serve others in Christ's name.
